Strat in alignment

1.1 Bring your chin uinto your chest ,Keeping your navel pressed into your spin ,inhale ,as you exhale ,bring your knees into your chest ,knees to togrther,toes pointed.

1.2 Exhale as you lift both legs at a 45-drgree angle,things pressed together  adn parallel,toes pointed ,Hands firmly at your sides .

1.3 Inhale to prepare ,then exhale as you move your legs in a smooth "scissoring" motion with toes pointed,abs light and body stable.

Complete 10 repetions ,breathing with each "scissor "movement.
